The new EesySoft dashboard makes it incredibly eesy to visualize and customize which support escalation requests are routed to which help desk based on a variety of filters and criteria.

  • Quickly turn on / off escalations options like email, chat, and phone support.
  • Easily create as many escalation paths for any of the escalation options (chat, phone, email).
  • Customize the user roles that are assigned to any particular escalation option.
  • Schedule the availability of escalation options.
