The goal is to ensure instructors know how to submit final grades, including what steps are necessary to take before and after.
BEFORE submitting final grades:
– Verify the grades listed in the final grade column match the gradebook.
– If the grades do not match, return to your course GradeCenter to verify the correct column is set as your external grade.
AFTER submitting final grades:
– Log into SOS to verify grades were properly transferred and save a copy for records.
– Faculty can resubmit grades as needed until the grade submission window closes.
