Export Insights

What does exporting insights mean?
EesySoft provides institutions with granular data about tool usage, course and user activity, and message or support article performance in order to demonstrate exactly how faculty and students use your LMS.

Such data is valuable because it is used to analyze LMS adoption and the success of investments in the different EdTech tools.

EesySoft will provide an easy and accessible way to export all the insights gathered in our dashboard. Within Message, Support, and Insights pages, you'll be able to click Export for table or chart views and download a CSV or PDF version of your insights. With these export abilities, your team will be able to share relevant data easily with higher management, budget holders, and decision-makers to help them visualize ROI and make informed investment decisions.

What are Permission Enhancements?
With the recent influx of online learning and distance education, many institutions have grown bigger teams around LMS success and EdTech adoption. EesySoft wants to promote distributed access to EesySoft across your institution. You'll be able to use your EesySoft dashboard to invite members of your team and institution and set up configurations that will determine which content they can control and access.

Allow EesySoft to be used by a wider group of stakeholders within an organization by offering appropriate levels of access based on:

  • Feature access
  • Read/write access
  • Department-specific access

Narrowing access will focus the efforts of each user and avoid any mistakes that could end up disrupting bigger workflows within your EesySoft functions.

What are walkthroughs?
Need to guide users through a particular process within your LMS? Introducing EesySoft's walkthroughs. Walkthroughs are outcome-based LMS and third-party messaging task-lists. With EesySoft you will be able to create a sequence of messages to help guide any user through any process on your LMS, such as using a new tool or preparing for the start of term with new students.

Group walkthroughs into checklists so users can always find out where they left off and pick up if they need more support.

What is content and reporting for LTI tools? 
Third-party tools are essential to every institution's online learning experience. With EesySoft, you will be able to create content and get reporting around your EdTech tool performance right from your EesySoft dashboard. Under the Insights tab, there will be a dedicated page for insights and reports about your third-party tools, which you can also export/share with top management to support decision-making.

Course Reports as LTI Tool for Instructors

What is Course Reports as LTI Tool for Instructors? 
EesySoft’s reports give a lot of valuable information to the teams that manage LMS success and EdTech tools. These reports are also a useful tool for instructors to learn more about how their students are performing and utilizing the resources for their courses. EesySoft will allow instructors to open EesySoft's reports directly within their LMS instance so they can check how students are engaging with the resources for their course. This easy access will extend the usability of EesySoft’s reports and include more of your faculty in ensuring efficient use of your EdTech tools.

What are Campaign Templates?
Campaigns are all about content, and we're making that a bit easier... Introducing the EesySoft campaign template library. This campaign template library will contain hundreds of campaign templates created by our in-house educational consultants, EdTech vendors, and the EesySoft user community. Templates feature pre-made messages, support articles, activity monitors, and success criteria to help you launch campaigns in just a few clicks.  You can import any chosen template to your dashboard, adjust the settings and content to match your institution's needs and launch immediately.

What are the changes to campaigns?
Campaigns bring all of EesySoft's solutions together for your convenience. With the new campaign overview, you'll be able to see all your active or scheduled campaigns at a glance, group them into projects, like migrating to Canvas or the start of the semester, and easily share your campaigns with anyone across your entire institution.

Insights are gathered in real-time as more and more users interact with your campaign content. Campaign insights summarize the impact of your efforts, showing you your campaign score, key stats on content interaction, and details about how tool adoption is impacted by any campaign event.

What is in-app instant feedback?
Collect direct feedback from faculty and students where it matters most. By placing a feedback form directly within your LMS you are more likely to increase the number of responses collected.
